Crane Cabin Airconditioner (CAC)

CAC series of air conditioners are used in Crane Operator Cabins for providing cool & pleasant working atmosphere to the operator and protect from harsh temperature and extremely dusty environment prevalent in the steel / metal melting and processing shops. These are available in various configuration, mounting options and temperature ranges to suit the needs of the critical application.

Salient Features & General Characteristics:

Compressors: Scroll or Semihermetic Reciprocating compressors rely on temperature and refrigerant, sourced from top manufacturers.

Refrigerants: Choice of refrigerants like R134a/R227ea/R236fa varies by application, temperature.

Heat exchanger Coils: Utilize diverse heat exchanger coils, such as copper-aluminum or stainless steel, based on environmental corrosiveness.

Special Nano & Anti Corrosive Coating: Nano coating prevents dirt buildup on condenser fins, reducing maintenance. Anticorrosive options for acid resistance in steel industry.

Wide Fin Spacing in Condensor Coils: A 3.5mm fin spacing in consumer coils notably reduces dust buildup over time in dusty conditions.

Condenser Coil Auto Cleaning Function: The system’s automatic cleaning minimizes maintenance, boosting reliability and performance.

Heavy Duty Structure to withstand jerks and vibrations: Sturdy base, thick panels, and strategic vibration dampeners ensure smooth operation.

A. Standalone Series:

Standalone design is an integrated AC type, can be installed directly at the outside of the operator cabin and avoids additional accessories. Air flows inside through the cut-outs provided on the Cabin Structure. These are ideal when there is a space constraint inside the operator’s cabin

B. Split Series:

Split design shall have Indoor & Outdoor Units separately and both these units are coupled through Cu/Hose Pipes. Indoor Unit shall be installed inside the Cabin and Outdoor Unit on outside. The split series of air conditioners are available with indoor units installed in 3 mounting configurations, i.e. Floor, Wall & Roof / Ceiling.
