EROOM’s are used in the crane industry to house electronic, electrical and other critical equipment. ERAC series of air conditioners are integrated with the EROOM and used to protect them from harsh temperature and extremely dusty/ corrosive environment prevalent in the steel / metal melting and processing shops.

They are available in various configuration, mounting options and temperature ranges to suit the needs of the critical application.

Salient Features & General Characteristics:

Compressors: Scroll or Semihermetic Reciprocating compressors rely on temperature and refrigerant, sourced from top manufacturers.

Refrigerants: Choice of refrigerants like R134a/R227ea/R236fa varies by application, temperature.

Heat exchanger Coils: Utilize diverse heat exchanger coils, such as copper-aluminum or stainless steel, based on environmental corrosiveness.

Special Nano & Anti Corrosive Coating: Nano coating prevents dirt buildup on condenser fins, reducing maintenance. Anticorrosive options for acid resistance in steel industry.

Wide Fin Spacing in Condensor Coils: A 3.5mm fin spacing in consumer coils notably reduces dust buildup over time in dusty conditions.

Condenser Coil Auto Cleaning Function: The system’s automatic cleaning minimizes maintenance, boosting reliability and performance.

Heavy Duty Structure to withstand jerks and vibrations: Sturdy base, thick panels, and strategic vibration dampeners ensure smooth operation.

Industry 4.0 Controller with HMI & Remote Monitoring: Integrated color touch screen HMI on advanced controller for Industry 4.0, offering real-time data access via Modbus RTU, Ethernet, and more.

A. Standalone Series:

Standalone units can be interfaced with the eroom either directly or connected with ducts. They can be easily accessed for maintainence without interference with eroom operation.

B. Split Series:

The split series of air conditioners are available with indoor units installed in two mounting configurations. i.e a) Top mounted b) Wall / Roof mounted.
